11:00 A.M.  Registration – Buffet lunch in golf house – Silent Auction opens – Driving range and practice greens open

12:30 P.M.  Golf tournament- Shotgun start

5:30 P.M.  Cocktails and Hors D’oeuvres in the Clubhouse – Silent Auction continues in the Clubhouse

6:00 P.M.  Dinner – Golf awards presentation

7:00 P.M.  Statements – Silent Auction closes
